The Kingdom Tower, the Skyscraper Index and the end of Saudi Arabia’s golden Age in 2020

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia will become the highest building in the world in 2020 with 3,307 ft. height (nearly one kilometer).

In Jan. 1999, Andrew Lawrence, a former property analyst for Dresdner Kleinwort, initiated the theory of the Skyscraper Index. The concept showed a correlation between a new tallest skyscraper and economic crisis.
